As a Clinic Manager at Fresenius Medical Care, you’ll manage the daily operations of our outpatient centers. More importantly, you’ll be the key driver in carrying out our mission: To deliver superior care that improves the quality of life of every patient, every day, setting the standard by which others in the health care industry are judged. This is accomplished by hiring, developing and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, tracking and delivering superior patient outcomes and monitoring regulatory and safety requirements. Strong management skills are required and prior direct patient care experience is needed for occasions when the team needs a helping hand.

Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) at Fresenius Medical Care support and collaborate with RNs to provide dialysis treatment to several patients at a time while maintaining the functionality of the clinic. This involves prepping and testing equipment, reviewing treatment sheets, and opening the clinic at 4am for first shift. PCTs have a combination of technical skills and genuine passion needed to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life. Qualified candidates have prior customer service, healthcare and direct patient care experience, and will have the opportunity to learn the discipline of dialysis.

Fresenius Medical Care nurses are on the front line of patient care, improving the quality of life of every patient, every day. That means providing dialysis care to 10-12 patients at any given time, and collaborating with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver a unique care plan to each one of them. This role is all about relationships and the bond you’ll create with patients and their families. Prior dialysis nursing experience is helpful, but many successful candidates come from a background in ICU, PCU and/or surgery.

Inpatient RNs at Fresenius Medical Care perform dialysis treatments on an acute patient population in a hospital setting, including ICU, ER, Rehab, and Med/Surg units. What makes this role truly unique is the level of autonomy you’ll enjoy. Inpatient nurses are specifically accountable for administering and assessing each patient’s treatment plan. And because dialysis is a critical treatment for many hospital procedures and health conditions, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patients. Ideal candidates possess leadership skills and independence needed to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment. Must be capable of educating patients and providing exceptional customer service to our partners. Six months to one year of dialysis experience or some form of critical care nursing experience are also required.

Job Description

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for providing systems support and analysis, while leveraging technology solutions to meet the needs of Talent Acquisition (TA) and stakeholders of TA Systems.  Ensures timeliness, accuracy, and integrity of data in TA systems.   Performs analytical work and user acceptance testing to maintain data integrity and validate system functionality.   Responsible for providing end user support and other TA related administrative duties.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensures accuracy of internal and external hiring transactions, using established compliant hiring guidelines and company requirements
  • Assists in development, scheduling, and delivery of training programs, materials, and supporting documentation for various user groups
  • Ongoing administration of various TA projects and programs
  • Analyzes audit reports to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
  • Provides first level functional help desk support for TA System end-users, including TA, HR, HRIS and Hiring Managers
  • Utilizes ticketing system to receive and resolve helpdesk tickets, specifically related to TA Systems
  • Responds to inquiries regarding appropriate process; answers questions, and escalates more complex issues to the appropriate subject matter experts
  • Participates in system changes, including version upgrades, added functionality and new module implementation as appropriate
  • Performs user acceptance testing for related system changes
  • Works with TA Operations vendors to maintain account and ensure system and training documentation is up to date
  • Assists in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with direction from TA leadership
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive working relationships
  • Escalates issues to supervisor/manager for resolution, as deemed necessary.
  • Review and comply with the Code of Business Conduct and all applicable company policies and procedures, local, state and federal laws and regulations
  • Assist with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION:

  • Associate's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent work experience may also be considered

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:      

  • 2 - 5 years' related experience in an operational and/or administrative support role in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
  • SHRM Certification (SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Experienced user of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related Recruiting systems such as background check, candidate relationship management (CRM), and candidate assessment tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to problem solve
  • Must be detail oriented and accurate
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information
  • Ability to work under constant deadlines, multi-task efficiently and reprioritize tasks based on business needs
  • Strong skills within the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Proven organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and strong time-management
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of a team
